Dario is an American Singer/Songwriter that is influenced by many genres of music. He is a tenor and enjoys practicing and singing songs from various artists such as the Beatles, Journey, Elvis Presley, Ricky Martin and many other artists that allow him to expand on his vocal range. His first single was released in 1994 during his tenure in the U.S. Army. Stationed in El Paso, Texas, he met his producer, Daniel (aka Dan Mathews [Klubjumpers]), and together produced his first single "A Broken Promise."
The second single, "Dreams In The Night," was released in 1995 during his final year in the military. Dario pursued his musical aspirations when he returned to his hometown of Los Angeles and joined a Spanish Rock band called "Pulso." As the lead singer, the band gained momentum during the Spanish Rock era and were making progress towards getting a major record deal; however, the efforts didn't come to fruition and the band continued to perform in Los Angeles and surrounding areas in Southern California.
Pulso (the band) played along with several well-known bands at the time such as Molotov from Mexico, Miguel Mateos from Argentina, and other bands that were performing within the Spanish Rock realm.
After releasing a few demos, the band disbanded, and Dario pursued on his solo career; however, realizing that the music industry was a tough breakthrough, he took a few years off to focus on school and to pursue other career endeavors but deep in his heart, music was the anchor of his pursuit towards happiness.
In 2014, Dario released another single "I Need Your Love," and has worked on other tracks since then. Most recently, Dario has embarked into remixing a few of the songs he recorded in the early 90's and re-releasing them in 2022 with the assistance of once again producer, Dan Mathews from Klubjumpers and signing a contract with Don Juan Entertainment.
In 2022, Dario released a three-song album called “Stories of a Broken Heart and Hope” for which includes another remixed version of “A Broken Promise - ReSpin 21,” “Dreams In The Night-ReSpin 21,” and a new song in the Pop-Rock genre called “I’ll Always Love You.” Today, the three-song album can be found on various musical digital platforms but can also be purchased directly here on this site.
Dario enjoys playing the piano, synthesizers and guitars and continues to write more music with future releases in 2022.
